Fabienne Aliberti is certified as a yoga therapist from integrative yoga therapy, and has been enjoying yoga for 3 decades and teaching Yoga for 20 years. Fabienne got her certifications in Thai yoga massage at Lotus palm school with Kam Thye Chow in Montreal.
Fabienne emphasizes alignment, the communication of the body with the breath, and the life force energy flowing. Her approach focuses on loving compassion (metta). She believes that life is about balancing the yin and yang and ensures that her clients are left feeling heard and cared for. Nothing makes her happier than helping clients to improve their quality of life. Fabienne also acquired a Reiki master certification that she incorporates during her Thai yoga massage session.

She is an animal lover, and love spending time with her dog and cats.. She also use her spare time hiking, canoeing, snowmobile, and being in the sun!
Thai Foot Massage

According to the theory of the practices of acupressure, there are an outstanding 7,200 sensory nerve endings in each foot which are connected to the internal organs that spread throughout the body.
A Thai foot massage applies pressure to particular areas of the soles of the feet. Hands, fingers, thumbs, knuckles are used to stimulates certain areas of the feet releasing blocked energy within the body.
Eastern culture believe that when these energy lines are blocked, disease or illness can manifest and that true health is a state of balance, inner peace, calm and stillness. The many benefits included and not exclusive are:
